Walk-In Clinics are Back!

Updated: Feb 10, 2021

Walk-in clinics have changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to avoid waiting room traffic and reduce the risk of transmission. However, the need for urgent care does not disappear. We have attempted a Waiting List of People to Call, but they are not as sustainable or as efficient as setting aside clinic hours for urgent care. We will no longer offer a daily Waiting List of People to Call. Since other other offices in town have continued their walk-in clinics with some necessary adjustments, we aim to follow suit.

As of Jan 15 2021, Westview Medical's Walk-In Clinics will begin operating again. They will continue as previously scheduled on Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings. They will be primarily conducted via telephone (a.k.a. Phone-In Clinic). If necessary, we will have our providers review your reason for visit if it is more appropriate to see you in-person.

We ask that you be courteous to other patients looking for urgent care, and we request that you only have one (1) reason for attending the walk-in clinic. Any additional reasons we welcome you to book an appointment with us.

To check in, you must phone/text/email the office during these hours:

On Tuesdays, please contact us between 1:00-5:00pm

On Fridays, please contact us between 9:00-11:30am.

Once you have contacted us within those hours, you will be on our walk-in list.

Please await for a call from one of our providers.

The Spence walk-in clinic is still not operating to our present knowledge. Please contact your family doctor to see what their urgent care practices are.

Some Public walk-in clinics are still open, some are not. We recommend phoning ahead of time to check and to understand their updated policies.

If you have any further questions, please contact the office.
