Ordering copies of health information and records online
We have partnered with Medchart, an online service to request and receive digital copies of health information and records from any healthcare provider in Canada. It is an environment-friendly alternative, compared to faxing or mailing. All documents and payments are done through their encrypted system

You will receive an email notification to let you know when your record request has been fulfilled and records are available with instructions on how to access them.

You can then log into your medchart account anytime at www.medchart.ca to securely access and share your available records with other physicians, insurance companies, lawyers, and other third parties which you need to share with.
