Office Closure

The office will be CLOSED for the Spring Break on Mon April 12 - Fri April 16

There will be no Walk-In Clinic (aka Phone-In Clinic) on Tuesday or Friday. We will be back in office on Monday April 19th.

If you need a prescription refill during this time, please ask your pharmacy if they would give an emergency refill until we can fit you in when we are back. You can also visit other walk-in clinics, but please check their availability and phone ahead.
